This was a little fun assignment i did in Illustrator. The main tools i learned to use to make this was shapes, pathfinder, and layers. What is so amazing about Illustrator is that you can make clip art is seconds! The main principle i think that is shown in this is the contrast between the colors. What i would improve is probably the shape of the body and how centered it is in the page.
